The short terms for playing on Relic Realms.

Who runs Relic Realms

Relic Realms is run by Marian Vladut Chiper. It is an independent Hytale server, not an official one, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Hypixel Studios.

Your account

You play with your own Hytale account. Your account and username are Hytale's, under Hytale's own terms, which apply to your play here too. Keep your login to yourself: nobody from Relic Realms will ask for it.

The rules

Playing here means keeping the rules, which include Hytale's Community Guidelines.

If the rules are broken

The chat filter may hold back messages and mute chat for a short time. Moderators may warn, mute, kick or ban, following the steps on the rules page, and serious cases can skip steps. Every action has a reason and a case code, and you can appeal.

Nothing here is for real money

Gold, items and everything else you earn in the game are for play only. Trading them, or accounts, for real money is against the rules.

A game that changes

Relic Realms is in active development, and Hytale itself is in Early Access. The game, its balance and its content may change. The server stops for its nightly backup and for updates, and it can stop unexpectedly: see Server status. We back your progress up every night, but we cannot promise that the server will always be available.

The store

The store sells a few cosmetics and a supporter's mark, through Tebex, which is the seller. Nothing in it makes you stronger. What each purchase gives you, how it reaches you, refunds, and what happens if Relic Realms closes are on Store and refunds. A ban never takes away anything you bought.

Your privacy

What the server keeps about you, and what you can ask for, are in the privacy notice.

Leaving

You can stop playing at any time. You can also ask for your data to be deleted: type /privacy erase in the game, or see the privacy notice.
