Store and refunds

A few cosmetics and a supporter's mark, paid once, in euro. Nothing in the store makes you stronger, nothing is random, and nothing you can earn in play is for sale.

What you can buy

Prices include VAT. Each is paid once, is yours on one Hytale account for as long as Relic Realms runs, and shows only in Relic Realms. There are no subscriptions, bundles, discounts or countdowns.

The store's products and their prices

Supporter	€4.99	A supporter's mark before your name in chat and on your nameplate, and your name in the colour you choose: Seafoam, Rosewater, Sandstone, Heather or Sky. A look and nothing more: no rank, no perks, no advantage in play.
Home Heraldry	€6.99	Your own arms, from 8 fields and 12 charges, hung as banners on the walls of your Home (up to 6) and raised as standards on its ground (up to 2). Change your arms at any time; every banner and standard follows.
Hearthfire Lights	€5.99	Up to 12 lights at your Home: a wall sconce, a standing brazier, a hanging lantern and a firefly jar, each with a gold, frost-blue or green flame that lights its corner in its own colour.
Wayfarer's Glow	€3.99	A faint, slow glow around you in the open world: drifting embers, frost motes or falling leaves. Never in dungeon runs or the Arena.
Wayfarer's Arrival	€3.99	A calm burst where you arrive in the open world (joining, back from a run, respawning, the end of your travel), in embers, frost or leaves.

Glows and arrivals are seen by players nearby, and anyone can hide other players' effects with /store glows hide.

Try before you buy

In the game, /store try shows you a look for a moment: a glow, an arrival or the supporter's mark, or a banner or a light at your Home for a minute. Every banner's arms and every light hang in the showroom by the Land Steward, in the capital.

What is never sold

• Power. Nothing in the store makes you stronger in the game.
• Chance. No loot boxes, and nothing random for money.
• What you earn. Deeds, titles, the Relic items and your place on the Hall's roll are earned in play only.
• Gold, gear, materials or a bigger Home. These come from playing.
• Anything that passes to another player. What you buy cannot be traded or given.
• Hytale's own cosmetics, or anything made to look official.

Who sells, and who helps

• Tebex sells. The checkout is Tebex's, and Tebex Limited is the seller (the merchant of record): the payment, the receipt and the VAT are Tebex's, under Tebex's checkout terms.
• We deliver and help. Marian Vladut Chiper runs Relic Realms, puts your purchase into the game and answers your questions at support@playrelicrealms.com, within 48 hours.
• These are cosmetics for Relic Realms only. They are not official Hytale items, and Relic Realms is not affiliated with or endorsed by Hypixel Studios.

How a purchase reaches you

1. At the checkout, give your Hytale username exactly as it is.
2. Your purchase goes to that account, once, usually within a few minutes, the next time you are in the game. The game tells you when it arrives.
3. Type /store in the game to see what you own and set it up.

If you typed the wrong username, write to us with your receipt: we move the purchase to your account.

Younger players

Tebex sells only to buyers of 16 and over. Under 16? A parent or guardian buys for you. 16 or 17? Ask a parent or guardian first. Nothing in the game asks you to buy anything.

Refunds

• Within 14 days of buying, for any reason: ask, and you get a full refund.
• At any time: a purchase that never arrived, or does not work as it is described here, is put right or refunded in full.
• A purchase a child made without permission: a parent or guardian writes to us, and it is refunded.

To ask, write to support@playrelicrealms.com with the transaction number on your receipt, or use the withdrawal option in Tebex's checkout. The refund goes back the way you paid. A refunded purchase leaves the game.

None of this affects your statutory rights.

What else to know

• A ban takes nothing away. What you bought is still on your account if you come back.
• A disputed payment. If a payment is disputed with your bank, the purchase is paused until the dispute is settled; then it comes back or goes. A dispute alone brings no penalty in the game.
• Changes. A cosmetic changes only for a good reason (a Hytale update, compatibility, safety or the law), at no cost to you, and we say so here first.
• If Relic Realms closes, we give at least 30 days' notice, here and in the game, and refund anything bought in the 12 months before the notice.

Buying from other people

Anyone offering Relic Realms items, Gold or accounts for real money is breaking the rules. Please report them.
